I will send you a contract to read through and sign right after our call! After you sign the contract and pay a small down deposit, it's official!! We stay in touch at a minimum 6 months out and 1 month out but you can reach out with questions any time!

with every 8 hour wedding package booked, I include a complimentary engagement session! i LOVE offering this because it gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and connect before your wedding day outside of facetime! you can get a feel for how i go about taking photos and it allows you to feel so much better going into your wedding day!

We celebrate, we cry, we dance, we have the best day EVER. you'll receive sneak peeks within 48 hours to hold you over while I work hard on editing your full gallery! and yes, you can absolutely share your sneak peeks with family, friends, and online!

your full gallery will get to you within 4 to 8 weeks!! The full gallery will be delivered via Pic Time where you have the ability to share the album, download photos, or even order prints, albums, etc.

HOW MANY PHOTOS CAN WE EXPECT?

i alwaysss end up overdelivering but for a full wedding package, you can expect 500 to 800 photos. For elopements you can expect 100 to 500 photos. For engagements, you can expect 75-150 images.
All photos are offered as a high resolution download from my gallery delivery website, Pic Time. Prints, albums, canvases, and more are also available to order through your gallery!

As a photographer, I believe that editing is part of the magic that brings your love story to life. I have worked incredibly hard to establish my editing style and I pour my heart into every image, so I do not deliver RAW images.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

when it comes to your outfits, the most important thing to remember is to stay true to your style and wear something you feel comfortable and confident in. earthy tones like browns, creams, greens, tans, rusts, light blues, grey, etc are always a good choice. I also recommend staying away from crazy patterns or bright bold colors and anything with a logo. this is because it will detract from YOU and the emotions and movements happening in the photo. neutral and earthy tones go well with any skin tone! simple fabrics like linens, cottons and denim photograph well! Before your shoot with me, I will send out a style guide with different inspo!

DO YOU back up and store your images?

your love story is priceless so I take great care to back up all your images. At the shoot or wedding day itself, I take photos on two different memory cards so the photos are on both. I also keep all images on hard drives. This ensures that your memories are protected for years to come. I highly recommend that after I deliver your gallery, you download them onto your own personal hard drive

at this time in my photography career, i feel so drawn to capture couples in love, so unfortunately I do not take family photos unless you are a past couple of mine!
Alexis was more than we could have ever dreamed of as a photographer for our wedding. She captured all the special moments that we never would have thought of. It was such a special and stress free experience because of the expertise Alexis had in ensuring to capture all the perfect things on our big day. Anytime I thought, “wow someone should take a picture of this happening” I would turn around and she was right there!
She really takes the time to get to know you as a couple beforehand, study your mood you are going for, and then produce your wedding day into exactly who you and your partner are. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and reads into the details of everything.

She got nice pictures back to us very quickly with the sneak peeks. I am so thankful we chose to have Alexis as our photographer for our wedding. She made everything simple and easy from the first day!
